Victor Island is a three-hectare slice of tropical living, featuring a helipad, two boats, a swimming pool, a luxury residents, and no neighbours.
All that is on offer for $4 million - the price of a house or even apartment in some parts of Sydney and Melbourne.
And needless to say, there's no helipad.
The island had previously been sold to Sydney investors for $3.6 million, who have decided to put it back on the market.
Victor Island is about 1km off the Australian eastern seaboard, and there are no other resorts, residents, or even national parkland on the island.
The residence is powered by solar panels with a backup generator, and has a large rainwater storage capacity (225,000 litres) and a desalination plant.
It's accessible by boat in a 20-minute ride from the nearby marina, or by a 12-minute helicopter jaunt from Mackay Airport.
