The Irish actor, 72, made a brief but memorable appearance in an advertisement for a real estate listing in Mulgrave, in Melbourne's south-east.
Homeowner Dean Fay and his wife Sonia are longtime friends of Neeson and his family, so they called upon the Taken star to lend his star power to sell 34 Gertrude Street.
Real estate agency BigginScott Glen Waverley director Ming Xu had suggested Fay should make a video to showcase his four-bedroom home.
Fay then got in touch with Neeson, who was in Victoria filming the thriller Mongoose.
The video is a cheeky nod to one of Neeson's biggest blockbusters, Taken.
Fay co-produced the video, while Xu and fellow listing agent Jing Chen starred in it.
Neeson lent his iconic voice to the listing advertisement, which parodied his character in the action franchise.
In the video, Xu phoned up Neeson and said he had the "perfect home" for him.
"Listen man, I'm shooting a movie at the moment, do a video and send it to me," Neeson replied.
"Sure, you better be quick – otherwise this home will be… Taken," Xu replied.
The rest of the video showcases the $1.3 million home, before Neeson appears in front of the home.
"I didn't give you the address yet," Xu said, to which Neeson eerily replied: "I told you I'd find you."
Fay has worked as an assistant director on several Hollywood projects, including Neeson's 2022 project Blacklight.
His daughter, Lucy, has also worked behind the scenes on some of Neeson's films.
