Located on Palm Jumeirah's Billionaires' Row, the eight-bedroom and 18-bathroom property was sold in July, according to its developer Alpago Properties.
Alpago refused to disclose the name or nationality of the buyer.
Called Casa Del Sole, the sprawling mansion's amenities include a home cinema, underground parking for up to 15 cars, a bowling alley, gym, hammam, sauna and infinity pool.
It is the largest signature villa on Billionaires' Row.
